1)What is the Shipping Cost in Singapore?
For Singapore Customers : 
a)Self-Collect at our shop at International Plaza - No Delivery Charges.
b)Deliver to anywhere in mainland Singapore - $7.00 
(We will call you to arrange delivery date/time) 

2) How long is the delivery time?
a)Self-Collect - You can collect you order at our shop at International Plaza, #02-02 the next day after you place the order. 


b)Delivery - We will do our best to deliver to you within 3 days (as we need to contact you to arrange for a suitable delivery time to fit into our delivery schedule) 


Timings of local delivery (choose one): 
1) 8am-12pm
2) 12pm-5pm
3) 5pm-8pm

3) Do you ship oversea?
Yes, we do ship oversea. Please email us for shipping quote.

4) Can you help me print my own designs?
Yes, please email us your design and we will contact you on your requirements. We can do corporate logos too.


It will take more time for us to process this as usually we personalized gifts using our own designs.

5) Do you do bulk orders?
Yes, we do bulk orders for events and corporate orders. Please email us for bulk order rates.

6) Can you help me personalised on my own items?
Yes, please email us on what items you want to personalised on. However not all materials are suitable for personalization. We will advise you accordingly.

Please it will take 1 week to process your own items as we have to handle with extra care. 

Please note that there will be some items that we will have difficulty personalizing due to the material, thus we reserved the rights not to process the order.

7) Do you have another retail outlet in Singapore?
Nope. We only have one retail shop at International Plaza @ Tanjong Pagar.

8) How long do must I wait for the personalized items to be ready?
Usually for embroidery on towels, cushions, bags, etc, and printing on shirt, teddy bears, collection is next day if you are not in a rush and the quantity is small during our non-peak period. if you like to collect on the day of ordering itself it depends on the queue list as there might be customers ahead of you. Minimally for small orders, it will take a couple of hours to half a day.

For photo products and pens, it will take 2-5 days. 

We always aim to finish processing your ordered items the soonest we can so as to save you time. As compared to most personalized gift shops in Singapore, we believe its rare for you to find a shop that process this as quickly as we do, it usually takes them 1 week. 

Nonetheless, its highly recommended that you shop online with us to save you time from travelling down to order.

9) What is your operating hours?
From 1st Jan 2016:
Open Mon- Sat: 11am-7pm
Sun: 12pm-5pm
Closed on all Public Holidays.


Please note that sometimes if you come after 6pm, we may not be able to finish your items on time within a couple of hours as we may have to knock off by 8pm. As a result, you will have to come back another day to collect your ordered items.

We suggest that you purchase online if you could, so as to save you precious over a trip to our shop

10) Can I purchase online?

11) Can I collect as and when I like after making the order?
Yes, you may collect any other days after you make the purchase.

12) I am overseas, but I like to buy a gift for my friends in Singapore, can I order at your shop and ask you to send for me?
Yes! For overseas customer, when you purchase gifts at our website for your friend who is based in Singapore, we will gladly send it to your friend for delivery fee of $7.00.
